Galaxy Smoothie Bowl

Packed with antioxidants, this galaxy smoothie bowl is truly out of this world. Added bonus? It takes less than ten minutes to make, but keeps us full for hours, thanks to the addition of ALOHA protein powder.

Ingredients

Raspberry layer:

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¾ cup frozen raspberries

Blueberry layer:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 serving ALOHA protein powder
  • ¼ cup coconut yogurt

Optional toppings:

  • Coconut yogurt
  • Blueberries
  • Banana

Preparation

  1. Blend raspberry layer ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and pour into bowl.
  2. Without cleaning the blender, add all blueberry layer ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour blueberry layer on top of the raspberry layer in the bowl.
  4. Using a spoon, slowly scoop some of the raspberry layer on top of the blueberry layer to create a swirl effect with the two colors.
  5. To add the white swirls, dip a spoon in extra coconut yogurt and swirl into the smoothie bowl.
  6. Top with star-shaped banana slices and blueberries.
