Makes one meal, can be divided for smaller portions.
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup water or milk of choice, depending on preference
- 1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein

- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 lemon juiced
- 1/2 lime juiced
- Optional: 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
