Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe


  • 2 scoops ALOHA Banana protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen Mango
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric (or more, to taste)
  • Pinch of black pepper (for better tumeric absorption)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (to taste)
  • Pinch of ginger (to taste)

Optional toppings: strawberries, unsweetened coconut flakes
