Vegan Cookie Brownie Bars
Don't let anyone tell you that there is such a thing as too much of a good thing... especially when that good thing is love, happiness, or these cookie brownie bars. You can't have enough.


Brownie Layer:

  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 scoops Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tsp pure cacao
  • 2 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 c ground chia seeds

Cookie Layer:

  • 1/2 c gluten-free flour
  • 1 scoop Aloha Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 c cashew butter
  • 1/4 c tahini
  • 1/4 c pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp oat milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 c vegan mini chocolate chips

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Create the brownie layer first, and spread into the bottom of a pan greased with coconut oil. 
  3. In a separate bowl, create the cookie layer.
  4. Crumble the cookie batter (it should be thick) over the brownie layer.
  5. Lightly press the cookie layer down, covering the brownie layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
