This Turmeric Chocolate Breakfast Shake has tons of healthy fats (like MCT oil), protein, and flavor, making it the perfect way to start your day! Makes one serving.
- 1 medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 scoops Chocolate Aloha Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 tsp ghee (sub coconut oil)
- 1 tbsp fresh turmeric, peeled and grated
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- banana slices
- bee pollen
Add to cart
- Peel your turmeric and ginger, then use a microplane to grate them into recommended amounts.
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into a cup. Top with banana slices and bee pollen (if desired).
