Turmeric Chocolate Breakfast Shake
This Turmeric Chocolate Breakfast Shake has tons of healthy fats (like MCT oil), protein, and flavor, making it the perfect way to start your day! Makes one serving.


  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops Chocolate Aloha Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 tsp ghee (sub coconut oil)
  • 1 tbsp fresh turmeric, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and grated

Optional Toppings

  • banana slices
  • bee pollen

  1. Peel your turmeric and ginger, then use a microplane to grate them into recommended amounts.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth.
  4. Pour into a cup. Top with banana slices and bee pollen (if desired).
