  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower or zucchini
  • 1/3 cup frozen butternut squash
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 scoops Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder
  • big dollop plant-based yogurt
  • 2-3 tbsp frozen coconut meat
  • dash organic cinnamon
