- 2 Yukon gold potatoes
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 4 cups organic vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup chopped brown onion
- 2 scoops ALOHA Superfood Greens
Salt and pepper to taste
Add to cart
- Bring vegetable broth to a boil, add potatoes, broccoli and onion, and simmer until potatoes are fork tender.
- Allow to cool slightly.
- Transfer to a high speed blender. Add ALOHA Superfood Greens, salt and pepper and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with radish and broccoli sprouts (optional)
