That is not your average avocado toast? Then I have the recipe for you. By mixing creamy white beans with avocado, you increase the protein content by about eight grams while still keeping the classic avocado toast taste. I threw in some nutritional yeast for extra B vitamins and to thicken the spread up a bit, but it's not necessary.
This toast works for any meal: you can top it with a fried egg, extra veggies, or turn it into a sandwich!
