Raw Coconut Chocolate Fudge Bites

These chewy fudge bites are super easy to make and are a huge hit at parties. Plus, they are loaded with good-for-you ingredients like cocoa (antioxidants and magnesium), coconut oil (healthy fats), and coconut (potassium)!

  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 packet ALOHA Chocolate Superfood Greens
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons of softened coconut oil
  • Dash of pure vanilla extract, to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Mix well by hand (or place in food processor)
  3. Place in the fridge for one hour (or freezer for 20 minutes) then roll into small balls and serve.
