Matcha Mint Parfait


  • Chocolate Granola
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops ALOHA Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ cup tri color quinoa
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
Matcha mint chia seed pudding:
  • 1 cup coconut milk or choice of dairy-free milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 scoop ALOHA Original Superfood Greens
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 drops of peppermint extract
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
Other Ingredients:
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs

Superfood Greens



  1. Combine all ingredients of matcha mint chia seed pudding in a jar.
  2. Seal with a lid and shake until well combined. Store in fridge overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  4. Mix all chocolate granola ingredients in a medium bowl until oats and almonds are well-coated with Aloha Chocolate Protein Powder.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until oats are golden and toasted.
  6. To assemble the parfait, spoon the chia seed pudding into a cup and layer with coconut yogurt.
  7. Top with chocolate protein granola along with additional desired toppings.
