Chocolate Protein Pudding

  • 1 1/2 ripe avocados
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • ½ cup ALOHA Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup creamy nut or seed butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk or other non-dairy milk

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and pulse until well combined and creamy.
  2. Add more almond milk as needed to thin out consistency.
  3. Divide mixture between glass jars and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with optional shredded coconut and strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers for 3-5 days.
