Plant-Based Protein Powder

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor combine your chickpeas, peanut butter, brown rice syrup, and ALOHA vanilla protein powder on high until creamy.
  3. Next fold in your chocolate chips until they are combined throughout.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop some of the mixture and roll it into a ball with your hands. Do this until all of the dough is used up.
  5. Then over low heat, melt your dark chocolate in a saucepan. Continuously stir until melted, about 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from the heat and dunk each “cookie dough bite” into the chocolate then place on parchment paper.
  7. Once they’re all covered, place them into the refrigerator to harden.
