- Soak chia seeds in nut milk and maple syrup until thick and well absorbed, stirring often.
- Heat frozen raspberries and coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat until you reach a jam like consistency.
- Wait for the ham to cool and then later in a glass with chia seed pudding.
