Paleo Protein Pancakes

Pancakes aren’t just for weekends or special occasions anymore - this easy breakfast recipe is healthy enough to eat everyday. In fact, a recent study showed that “people who ate protein-packed breakfasts were less hungry throughout the day. They had reductions in their ‘cravings-related’ brain activity and increased levels of a hormone associated with satiety. They snacked less on fatty foods in the evening, compared to those who ate cereal or nothing.” So, it’s not just that you can eat these pancakes… you should eat them!
