- 1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen zucchini
- ¼ cup fresh mint
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs, plus more for toppings
- Unsweetened coconut flakes

- Add all ingredients except the coconut flakes and cacao nibs to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth. Add 1 tbsp cacao nibs to blender and blend for another 15 seconds.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and add cacao nibs and coconut flakes on top. Enjoy!
