We’ve headed over to the dark side this Winter. But don’t let the black color of our Activated Charcoal Smoothie Bowl fool you. It is loaded with fruits, vegetables, and some ALOHA plant-based goodness.
- ¾ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen cauliflower
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop of ALOHA Banana Protein Powder
- ¾ cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp. active charcoal
Toppings: frozen raspberries, toasted coconut, edible gold paper

Plant-Based Protein Powder
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with edible gold leaf paper. Once you place the sheets on the smoothie, use the tip of a spoon to break the sheets apart being very careful not to push them under. Add some toasted coconut and frozen raspberries. Enjoy!
