Shipping Costs

All ALOHA.com orders $50 or more qualify for Free Economy Shipping (4 - 10 business days). For orders under $50, we offer the following options:

Free Shipping for ALOHA Subscribers

ALOHA Subscribers always automatically receive Free Economy Shipping (4 - 10 business days) on all subscription orders.

Order Processing

Orders only process on weekdays, excluding public holidays. This way, you’re sure to be able to reach someone on our Customer Experience Team if you happen to need assistance.

Orders placed on weekends should process within 48 hours of the first weekday following the weekend or holiday.

You will always receive an email confirmation as soon as your order processes and is being prepared to ship.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

We take great care in packaging your order as securely as possible. In the unlikely event that your product does arrive with damage, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing our Customer Experience Team at care@aloha.com and please include photos.

Missing items must be reported to our Customer Experience Team within 14 days of delivery (and missing orders must be reported within 21 days of the date the order shipped.

Partial Shipments

Depending on availability, items may ship separately. We always send a shipping confirmation for the first shipment. We do not currently send a shipping notification for subsequent partial shipments, but if you contact our Customer Experience Team they will be happy to share any additional information about your order. Summer Two-day Shipping (3 business days)

Summer Two-Day Shipping is available for $12 between May and October, and is recommended for orders that include chocolate. This shipping option includes insulated packaging and an ice pack. Orders with Summer Two-Day Shipping will only ship Monday through Wednesday; any orders processed between Thursday and Sunday will be delayed until Monday to ensure items arrive in good condition.

This shipping method is complementary for subscribers to any of the Superfood Chocolate products in any of the below states: WA, CA, ID, NV, MT, WY, UT, AZ, ND, SD, NE, CO, NM, TX, OK, KS, MN, IA, MO, LA, FL, WI

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally, but we’re working on it! Email our Customer Experience Team, care@aloha.com, and let them know to which country you’d like to see ALOHA ship and we’ll let you know when shipping to your country is available.
