How do I cancel an order?
Unfortunately, once an order is transmitted to our system, it cannot be cancelled. You can attempt to contact customer service to cancel your order right after you submit it, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
Once an order ships from our warehouse it is final sale.
At ALOHA, we are committed to delivering the highest quality products and making your health and wellness our number one priority! Since each shipment is prepared especially for you, and because we maintain such high quality control standards, we’re not able to refund for shipments that are sent back, refused or marked as returned to sender. Any boxes that are sent back or marked as “return to sender” or “refused” will be disposed of as we will not re-use or re-sell anything once it ships from our warehouse. This allows us to maintain the integrity of our products and to ensure the health safety of our current and future customers.

How do I change my account settings?
Did you know you can modify your account settings at any time? Just log in to ALOHA.com and visit your “My Account” page, where you can update your address and personal information.
How do I change my subscription settings?
Did you know you can modify your subscription at any time? Just log in to ALOHA.com, go to your My Account page, and click on Subscriptions, where you can skip a month, set your regular bill day, and set your subscription frequency. If you have issues with your account page and changing your settings, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I add additional products to my subscription?
Yes! You can modify your subscription to include new products by simply adding a new product to your cart and selecting “Subscribe & Save 10%.” You can also always place a one-time order of any product without being enrolled in a subscription plan.
Can I pause my subscription?
In your My Account page, you can click on ‘Subscriptions’ and choose to skip a month or change your subscription frequency to every one, two, or three months. If none of these options work for you, feel free to cancel your subscription and start it up again when you are ready to get new products.
Which forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Is ALOHA.com a secure site?
Absolutely. ALOHA uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption (scrambling) of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions. All of the forms on our site are secured with SSL technology so your personal information stays safe and out of malicious hands.

When is my card charged?
Your credit card is charged at the time of your purchase.
For subscription orders, you’re charged once a month on your bill day, unless you’ve customized your subscription to receive products more or less frequently.
Please note that we send out reminder emails 9 days before your subscription order is renewed so you have time to change or cancel your subscription.
If you are not receiving these emails, please check your spam folder. If you find our emails there for some reason please mark them as “NOT SPAM.” ALOHA is not responsible for customers entering their email address incorrectly, signing up with an email address they do not actively use, or for customers who enter their shipping address incorrectly.
Do you offer a referral bonus?
At this time, we do not have a referral bonus program.
Can I apply a coupon code to my regular subscription order?
We cannot apply a coupon to an automatically-generated subscription order. Coupon codes can only be used on single-purchase items.
Please note, we cannot retroactively apply coupon codes to already-transmitted orders.
How is ALOHA sustainable?
At ALOHA, protecting the environment is of highest priority. We search for the most sustainable materials at every step, from the packaging of our products to the supplies that we use to clean our offices. When we evaluate sustainability, we consider a product’s raw materials source, manufacturing methods, and shipping methods. Sure, we could cut corners, but if it means compromising our commitment to the environment, we won’t.
Is your packaging sustainable?
The packaging used for our Superfood Greens towers and our Tea Boxes are made of paper that is FSC-certified, 100% recycled (100% Post-Consumer Fiber), and 100% recyclable.
Our tea sachets and the stay-fresh packets they are in are made from compostable materials. The tea sachets may be disposed of with municipal compost in cities where offered and the stay-fresh packet may be disposed of in either home compost or with municipal compost in cities where offered.
Our shipping boxes are likewise FSC-certified, 100% post-consumer recycled, and 100% recyclable. FSC-certified paper promotes good forest management that ensures sustainability, wildlife and stream preservation. It follows a strict set of standards to be environmentally and socially responsible, and ensures that paper mills are following strict procedures in managing their forests. Additionally, the materials used to print our marketing inserts and booklets are sourced with the utmost care and concern for the forest and its surrounding water, soil and ecosystem. Materials are derived from trees from a well managed forest.
We source only from renewable sources in an environmentally-friendly, socially responsible and economically viable manner. And as if that weren’t enough, all of our packaging is made in the USA, with the exception of a few of our teas, which are made in Germany.
How should I dispose of ALOHA packaging? Our Superfood Greens towers, tea boxes, marketing inserts, and shipping boxes can be recycled with your other paper products (mixed paper). Our Superfood Greens tubs are plastic and can be recycled with your other plastic products. Our premium Protein tins are stainless steel so these can be recycled with other household metal recyclables. Better yet, reuse them!
The tea sachets may be disposed of with municipal compost in cities where offered and the stay-fresh packet that the tea sachets are in may be disposed of in either home compost or with municipal compost in cities where offered.
While our Protein and Superfood Greens pouches keep ingredients fresh and maintain nutrients, they are not sustainable… yet!
How long will my order take to arrive?
We partner with UPS to ensure your products arrive quickly. If you select Standard Ground shipping, your order is guaranteed to deliver within 4-10 business days. As soon as your product ships we’ll email you the tracking information. If you have any trouble locating your order, send us a note at email@example.com.

You may experience a few extra days in shipping timelines. Shipping costs may also be a bit higher for all non-P.O. box addresses as we’ve optimized shipping methods specifically so that you receive shipments as quickly as possible – just a little special love for our Alohis.

Where does ALOHA ship?
We ship throughout the United States, including all U.S. military locations around the world. We also ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We don’t yet offer international shipping - stay tuned!
Do you have free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all Subscription Service orders AND on all orders of over $50. For one-time orders less than $50, your shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses?
We do. We ship to P.O. and APO/FPO (military) boxes in every state. However, we can only offer our Economy (USPS) ship method for P.O. and APO/FPO addresses.
What if my order was damaged in transit?
We take great care in packaging your order as securely as possible. In the unlikely event that your product does arrive with damage, please let us know within 14 days of delivery by emailing our Care Team at email@example.com and please include photos.
What if my package is missing or stolen?
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that their FedEx and USPS carriers have a secure system for delivering packages. If you are concerned that your mail carrier made an error, please report your missing package with a detailed description of the event to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery.
I entered my address incorrectly. What now?
You can update your shipping (and billing) information easily anytime on your subscription page. If your realize you entered the incorrect address information after an order ships, though, we will not be able to re-route it or make any adjustments, so hopefully you catch the error beforehand.
ALOHA is not responsible for customers entering their shipping address incorrectly or failing to update their address if they move.

I am not seeing some of the products I’m used to on your website. Have you discontinued products?
Yes, we have recently discontinued a few of our products, including Superfood Chocolate, Lovers Tea, Dark Chocolate Coconut Snack Bar, Coconut Water Powder, The Foundation, and Protein Pouch 14-packs. However, we have extended our lines of Protein Powders, Protein Bars, and Teas - we hope you’ll check them out!
The Protein Bars look different than they used to. Did you change them? Yes. Our new Protein Bars are smaller overall (56g vs. 65g) and have a lower protein level (14g vs. 18g), which is proportionally related to the smaller bar. We made changes in response to consumer feedback around taste, texture, and protein level.
Are ALOHA products safe for kids and pregnant or nursing mothers? ALOHA products are formulated for adults, with the exception of pregnant or breastfeeding women. Our products are not formulated for children. Please consult your healthcare provider if you are considering giving these product to your children, or if you are breastfeeding or pregnant.
What is plant protein? Why is plant-based nutrition important?
At ALOHA, all of our products are made from plants, which naturally offer a great source of protein. Eating a balanced plant-based diet ensures you fill your body with essential nutrients that come from fruits, vegetables, protein, nuts, and seeds.
As a result, eating plant-based has been associated with better overall health, and has been shown to play a role in preventing and managing various chronic diseases and illnesses. Plant-based diets also benefit the planet by reducing greenhouse gas emissions and using less water, land, and energy compared to production of animal products.
Where do you source ALOHA ingredients?
We believe in bringing you the best ingredients on earth, so we source the purest and most nutrient-dense ingredients. Most of our ingredients are sourced in the United States from organic farms or reputable vendors certified for Good Manufacturing Practices. We always look for certifications such as organic, non-GMO, and Kosher. Some of our exotic superfoods and herbs come from overseas because that is where they are traditionally grown. Our wild-harvested ingredients are hand-picked in pristine wilderness.
We source the majority of fresh produce in our powders from markets local to our manufacturing facility in the United States as this requires less energy for transportation and supports small organic farms in our communities.
Are your products certified Organic or Non-GMO? Yes and yes. Non-GMO guarantees no genetically modified organisms (GMOs) have been used, however, the certification alone does not prohibit the use of toxic pesticides or additives. As certified Organic, our food is guaranteed to be free of GMOs as well as toxic pesticides, fertilizers, herbicides, antibiotics, artificial colors, flavors and preservatives. By choosing organic ingredients, we not only maintain the nutritional integrity of our products, but also promote less polluted agricultural systems and maintain high standards for our farming standards.
Are ALOHA products nut-free? Gluten-free? Soy-free? Vegan?
As far as common allergens go, you won’t find any dairy, soy, eggs, honey, fish, shellfish, or gluten in our products. We are committed to keeping our products free from common allergens and inflammatory ingredients such as soy, gluten, and dairy in order to make our products accessible to as many people as possible.
Our protein powder is tree nut free, but our bars contain tree nuts. Please check each product page for full nutritional and allergen details.
Our Superfood Greens do contain wheat in the form of wheatgrass juice, an ingredient that normally does not contain gluten because the grass is collected and juiced before the plant produces its gluten-containing seeds. In order for a product to be considered gluten free, its gluten content must be less than 20ppm (parts per million). The Superfood Greens typically test at less than 5ppm, qualifying it as gluten free. We always suggest that anyone with a pre-existing gluten-intolerance, wheat allergy, or celiac disease consult with a physician or healthcare provider prior to use – just to be on the safe side!
If I have specific allergies, should I be worried about cross-contamination? All ALOHA products clearly identify any of the known food allergens (Eggs, Fish, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Peanuts, Wheat, Soybeans) that are part of the product recipe. These can be found in the product Ingredient statement.
The Food Safety Modernization Act requires that there is a food safety program in place at a manufacturing facility. This program must include the prevention of undeclared allergens. ALOHA products are made only in facilities that follow good manufacturing practices to prevent the risk of an undeclared food allergens in a product.
Do to the severe nature of some people’s allergic reactions, ALOHA has chosen to identify all of the food allergens that are also processed in the manufacturing plant. This is to help our food allergic consumers to make an informed choice before consuming our products.

Are ALOHA Products Kosher?
Our Protein bars, Protein powders, and Superfood Greens are all Certified Kosher by the Orthodox Union. Our teas are not yet Kosher certified - but stay tuned!
Are ALOHA products caffeine-free?
Caffeine is a naturally-occurring ingredient in cacao and because some of our products contain REAL cacao, they may have small amounts of caffeine.
Our Mocha Protien Bar is made with ground coffee beans, and therefore may contain small amounts of caffeine.
ALOHA Clean Tea contains 8.35mg of caffeine per serving, ALOHA Energy tea contains 14mg of caffeine per serving, and all other ALOHA Teas are caffeine-free.
Many of your products contain chocolate, so how are they still vegan and dairy-free? We use semi-sweet (dark) chocolate made of cane sugar, chocolate (also called chocolate liquor), cocoa butter, and vanilla extract, as noted in the nutrition facts on all of our chocolate-containing products. Please note, however, that we also place an allergen statement alerting consumers to the potential for milk since many of these chocolates are made in facilities that make milk chocolates too, making there a small potential for trace amounts of dairy. The actual chocolate we use, however, is dairy-free and therefore vegan-friendly!
How are ALOHA products made?
We always use the highest quality manufacturing practices and consistently test for quality and purity. Our Superfood Greens are made with fresh, organic produce, and dried via a proprietary technology that preserves nearly 100% of the nutrients and beneficial plant compounds.
I’m from California - what is this warning insert included with my product?
Heavy metals occur naturally in the soil and are found in all things that grow in it. The state of California requires that we disclose this information. The levels of heavy metals in our products are among the lowest found in similar products on the market and are on a par with levels naturally occurring in healthy foods found in the produce aisle, like spinach and mushrooms.
Where should I store ALOHA products? We put great care into our protective packaging to ensure optimal freshness. Simply keep our products in a cool, dry location, away from heat, sun, or moisture. Keep your products on your kitchen countertop as a daily reminder to get your nutritional boost!
Why does the color of my Superfood Greens sometimes look different?
Because ALOHA’s products are truly natural! They consist only of whole foods and vegetables. Variations in color are normal.
When do the ALOHA products expire?
We use innovative packaging to keep our products fresh and safe. For optimal efficacy, we encourage you to use the products within the month you receive them, but our products have a shelf life for at least 18 months.
What is the best way to have ALOHA Protein Powder? Start by mixing 2 scoops the ALOHA Protein Powder in 12oz of liquid. The best way to mix powder into a liquid is to do small amounts at a time and mix quickly when you add the powder. If you add all the powder at once, the powder on the surface will wet (hydrate) and then create a “seal’ across the rest of the powder which becomes hard to mix in.
Our customers love the taste of ALOHA Protein Powder mixed with water and alternative milks, such as almond milk. Blend in fresh or frozen fruits and veggies for an extra dose of nutrients in your shake!

How does ALOHA sweeten their products? Why don’t ALOHA products contain stevia?
We often hear from our consumers about how much they love that ALOHA provides an alternative to the many products on the market which contain stevia! At ALOHA, we choose real, whole food ingredients that taste great and avoid ingredients that are controversial, artificial, or inflammatory, particularly those which imitate sweetness without accompanying nutrients. Stevia is excluded from our ingredient lines first and foremost because many of our consumers are concerned about the unpleasant aftertaste of stevia. Secondly, many consumers report experiencing digestive irritation and bloating after consuming stevia. Instead, we sweeten our products with naturally-sweet monk fruit, in addition to small amounts of natural sugar (from sugar cane, coconut, or fruits).

How are the Superfood Greens different from fresh-pressed juices?
As a drink, our Superfood Greens are quite different from bottled or fresh-pressed green juice. Most green juices are high in sugar because they tend to contain sugary fruits. They are also typically low in blood-sugar-balancing fiber because the fiber-rich pulp and skin of fruits and veggies are discarded during the juicing process. The whole organic and wild-harvested ingredients used in ALOHA Superfood Greens have got their fiber intact, and we use low-sugar fruits like wild blueberries, bringing the sugar content of our Superfood Greens to only 3g per serving and calorie count to only 35! Your average green juice can have a whopping 30 g of sugar and over 200 calories. The nutrients in juices also tend to degrade quickly, so the faster you drink them, the better, but our Greens are shelf stable and maintain their integrity for at least 18 months.
Our Superfood Greens should not be considered raw by the strictest standards. However, they are gently dried at low temperatures, which very briefly reach 130–140 degrees Fahrenheit. Our patented infrared technology selectively targets water, leaving nutrients intact. This way, our fruits and vegetable remain deliciously nutritious.

Can I have ALOHA products as a meal replacement? ALOHA Protein Powders and Protein Bars are not intended as meal replacements. The Protein Powders can be drank as a snack, mixed with water or non-dairy milks. If consuming as a meal replacement, ALOHA Protein Powder should ideally be blended with liquid, good fats (nut or seed butter), greens or green powder, and fruit.
The Protein Bars are ideally eaten as a great mid-morning, afternoon snack, or to hold you over until it is time to eat a full meal.
How should I eat while taking ALOHA products?
ALOHA products are intended to complement, not replace, healthful eating. For maximum health benefits, we recommend you eat a diet consisting primarily of organic whole foods — that means fruits, veggies, and grains that are processed as little as possible. Include some healthy fats, like nuts and avocado, and, if you like, fish and lean meats. Remember to hydrate frequently. And if you drink alcoholic beverages, pace yourself – they may be fun but they’re not doing your body any favors.
